Podcast: Endurance Training and Your Big Dream

 I came across this different approach to endurance training – do it gently, with no pain. Over time, you get stronger and are able to go further and faster, but still with no pain. When we keep pushing ourselves into a painful place, we start to build up resistance to doing the work. If instead we just show up consistently and persistently and take a little gentle action, we gain confidence and start to do more.
