I had so many favourite Olympians I couldn’t even name them all – Mo Farah, Oscar Pestorius, Jess Ennis, Victoria Pendleton, Katherine Grainger, Usain Bolt, Laura Trott, Sarah Attar to name but a few of the people who inspired me.
