Gratitude is a wonderful tool to help you change from being fed up with life to being happy and appreciative of every blessing you have in your life. If you’re able to watch this video, you most likely have a roof over your head, clean water to drink and wash in, plentiful food, access to all the knowledge in the world via the internet, and a million other things that we so easily take for granted.
Try a gratitude practice – look around you and notice what you have to be appreciative of, notice everything that you have, notice all your blessings.
