Do you know when to switch off, or do you stock up on caffeine and adrenaline and keep going late into the evening…day after day after day?
Here’s a tip: if you need artificial stimulants to keep you going, you need to stop. Probably about 2 hours ago!
Don’t force yourself beyond your endurance. Know when it’s time to stop.

Great advice, Donna. Just as recently as a few months ago, I was forcing myself to keep up the pace by eating lots of junk food (as if that would give me energy ;)). Now when I’m tired, I stop … and lo and behold, I’ve stopped binge eating and I’ve dropped 46 pounds in the last 4 months or so. We do ourselves no favors when we push!
