Thank you for signing up to receive the Daily Practice e-mails. Here’s what you need to know:
- You will get daily e-mails with thoughts about this month’s practice
- I try to keep these e-mails pretty short, but sometimes there’s a lot to say
- Your first e-mail will arrive at 7 am UK time (middle of the night US time and evening Australia/NZ time)
- You will automatically get next month’s daily practice on the 1st. If it’s not a practice you want to participate in, you can either unsubscribe (and sign up again next time there’s a practice that appeals) or stay on the list and delete the e-mails as they arrive.
- If you’re on Facebook, you can also join the group here to get the daily practice updates there.
I recommend you:
- Watch the daily practice introduction video. There’s a link in every e-mail, but if you can’t wait, you can find the latest one (plus previous practices) on YouTube here.
- Set a reminder on your phone/tablet/laptop or put a post-it note somewhere you will see it every morning to help you remember to do the practice. (For those of you who maybe don’t check out your e-mails first thing, or like me, are scatterbrains!)
- Reduce the e-mail overwhelm by deleting. I know what it’s like to join a daily challenge, fall behind on the e-mails and then have 25 unread e-mails on the 26th of the month! Feel free to liberally use the delete option – many of the practices are repeated yearly, and if you want a round-up of a particular practice, I can send you a document with all the posts in one place to save you keeping 30-odd e-mails.
- Reply to any of the e-mails to share your thoughts, ask questions or just say hi. The Daily Practices started life on Facebook, and I love the interaction.
Thanks for joining in with the Daily Practices. I hope you enjoy them and they help you to fall in love with your life!
If you have any questions or problems with the e-mails, feel free to contact me.
