This weekend I’ve been watching some Faaaaaaaaabulous videos from Sandy Grason about building your empire, masterminding and your unique essence. And I thought that you would love the process for discovering your unique essence.
In a nutshell, the process is this: 1. Get a sheet of paper and write “I am” at the top and 1 to 10 down the side. 2. Imagine yourself a year from now – your life has gone better than you could ever have dreamed. Revel in that picture of you. 3. Write down the first 10 words you think of to describe who you are being in that picture. Don’t edit, don’t second guess and just write. 4. Write out your “I am” statement with the 10 qualities and add “I allow the pure expression of my (your name)-ness to shine forth in every moment”.
