Video: 5 Reasons To Do The Morning Pages

I was asked on Twitter “do the morning pages really work?” Firstly, I think you need to have NO expectations of your morning pages, or you will get fed up and give up too soon. Having said that, here’s my top 5 reasons to do the morning pages…
#1 – you clear all that icky, moany, whiny crap out of your head!
#2 – you get greater clarity about your life, and if you have clarity, you know exactly how to fix what’s broken and what specifically you want.
#3 – your inner self will start to pop up in your pages, your wise self that knows all.
#4 – Morning Pages tap directly into the huge amount of creative energy that is available to us. Want more creativity? Write the Morning Pages.
#5 – you can only moan about the same things for so long before a solution presents itself!

    Oh yeah, I hate missing a day – I’ve stayed up late to do them because it feels more important to clear my head than to sleep! x

    Love my morning pages. I can definitely feel when I skip a day… then I just seem to be going about my day on autopilot unsure what’s important!
