Daily practices help you to get into good habits. Good habits help you to love life.
So, every month I choose a new daily practice (things like self-care, dancing, joy, laughter, meditation) and we explore that practice.
On the first of each month, there’s an intro video to tell you what the practice is, and an EASY way to practice it.
Then we have daily reminders, thoughts and inspirations about that month’s practice to help keep us focused on the practice.
