We all have the internal chatter in our minds that tells us we suck, or we can’t do it, or we’re scared, or we just want to go and play and watch tv. It can come from an inner critic, an inner child…another part of you, that’s actually trying to help you, believe it or not! For more about this, watch this video:

Homework:
Think about your Big Dream, or taking action on your Big Dream, then write down that internal chatter – write it all down, and then go ahead and take the action you were going to take anyway! Trust yourself to know what to do with the information – you may want to dialogue with it, reassure it, give it confidence and courage, or you may feel that just hearing the chatter is enough.

Me too Tat – sometimes when I read them back I think ‘WHAT?!’ lol. Exactly – the morning pages is a wonderful practice for getting stuff out of your head! x
I write morning pages to capture my inner chatter, and there are some absolute gems in there sometimes. Other times it just helps to get it out of my head and move on.
