We all self-sabotage, but demonising self-sabotage is NOT helpful. When you notice you are getting in your own way, check and find the positive intention behind the self-sabotage. If you can’t find the positive intention, check and ask these questions:
What is the downside to getting your Big Dream?
What is the upside to staying where you are?
Find out what’s underneath the self-sabotaging behaviour, and you can fix it so you don’t need to self-sabotage any more.
