In this video, I talk more about feeling what you feel…When you allow yourself to feel your anger, your hurt, your fear, your pain, your sadness, they move through you instead of creating a knot inside you of unexpressed emotion. When you allow yourself to feel your joy, your enthusiasm, your happiness, your love, these fabulous positive emotions intensify – because they are our true nature.
Emotion is nothing to be scared of – when it’s safe, allow yourself to feel the way you feel. Never mind the ‘I shouldn’t feel this way’…you do. You’re human! You’re allowed to feel how you feel.
