My Daily Practice for January is “Setting yourself up for success in 2013”. This week in a few of my coaching sessions, the subject of self-criticism has come up, and it’s not a great way to set yourself up for success! The positive intention of the part of you that is critical wants you to do your best…but it doesn’t really work very well!
So how do you get the best from yourself? We’re all different, and need slightly different care…but some of it is universal: get enough sleep, eat nutritious foods, be nice to yourself, and I think most people could benefit from lightening up!
